Adhesive Solutions for Durable Applications

Adhesives used for durable applications are required to withstand a variety of tough and demanding conditions. These long-term use applications provide important safety and warning information, product identification, display branding, and assist with inventory management. Whether it is GHS information on a chemical drum, a warning on a radiator cap, or a serial number on a piece of equipment, durable applications are exposed to extreme environmental and operating conditions over a lifespan that can range anywhere from two to 30 years. 

Our high-performance permanent adhesives used for durable applications are engineered to remain in place for the lifetime of the product. These adhesives are designed to meet BS5609, UL 969 and other common performance standards. They are designed to perform in challenging conditions:

  • Extreme temperatures – both high and low
  • Exposure to the environment, including direct sunlight
  • Exposure to chemicals
  • Exposure to water
